SPEAKERS
Chelsea Renfro, Pharm.D., CHSE is a Research and Engagement Pharmacist with Vanderbilt Specialty Pharmacy's Health Outcomes and Research team. She facilitates external stakeholder engagement and works with clinical pharmacists to conduct specialty pharmacy outcomes research studies to demonstrate health system specialty pharmacists' value. Dr. Renfro holds a PharmD from ETSU Gatton College of Pharmacy. She completed a PGY1 ambulatory care focused residency and a community pharmacy research fellowship with University of North Carolina Eshelman School of Pharmacy.
Autumn Zuckerman, Pharm.D., BCPS, AAHIVP, CSP is the Director of Health Outcomes and Research at Vanderbilt Specialty Pharmacy, and an affiliate professor at University of Tennessee College of Health Sciences, Lipscomb University College of Pharmacy, and Belmont University College of Pharmacy. Dr. Zuckerman received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Samford University McWhorter School of Pharmacy, then completed two years of residency training at the Tennessee Valley Healthcare System VA, specializing in ambulatory care.
Daniel J. Cobaugh, Pharm.D., FAACT, DABAT is the senior vice president of professional development and publishing at ASHP and the editor-in-chief of AJHP. He has served on the ASHP staff since 2002. He received his B.S. in Pharmacy from the University of Pittsburgh and his Doctor of Pharmacy from Duquesne University. Cobaugh completed an ASHP-accredited residency in hospital pharmacy at Mercy Hospital of Pittsburgh and a clinical toxicology fellowship at the Pittsburgh Poison Center. He practiced as pharmacist-clinical toxicologist and held faculty appointments at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center and the University of Rochester Medical Center.
