Participate in ASHP Guidance Development
ASHP members determine the need for and help develop ASHP's guidance documents (policy positions, statements, and guidelines). They write and review drafts, and, as members of ASHP's policy-recommending bodies (Councils, the Board of Directors, and House of Delegates), they approve guidance documents.
ASHP members and other interested practitioners are encouraged to take an active role in guidance development by proposing new topics, suggesting modifications to current policies, commenting on draft guidance documents, or volunteering to be drafters or reviewers.
